Terms of Use
Last updated 13 August 2026
What this is
stfusend is an interface to a set of smart contracts on Ethereum. The contracts are autonomous. We do not custody your assets, execute trades on your behalf, or hold keys that can move your funds. Every transaction is signed and submitted by your own wallet.
Tokens are created by users
Anyone can launch a token here. A token appearing on this site is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a claim that it is legitimate. Names and tickers are not unique and can be copied. Verify the contract address yourself before sending anything.
Graduation means one thing only
A launch is marked graduated once its pool holds at least 4.2 ETH. That is a numeric threshold. It is not a quality signal, an audit, or a guarantee of anything at all.
No advice
Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Crypto assets are volatile and most tokens launched on platforms like this one become worthless.
Irreversibility
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. A mistyped address, a bad trade, or a token that collapses is not recoverable by us, because we have no mechanism to recover it.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use this software where you live. Do not use this service if you are subject to sanctions or if access to it is restricted in your jurisdiction.
No warranty
The interface and contracts are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Uniswap, Ethereum, and your wallet are third-party systems we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost funds, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this interface or the contracts it talks to.
Changes
These terms may change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
