Risk Disclosure

Last updated 13 August 2026

You should expect to lose everything you put into any token launched here. That is not a formality — it is the realistic base case for meme tokens generally, and for tokens launched on permissionless platforms in particular.

Nobody is behind these tokens

Anyone can launch a token here for the price of a transaction. There is no review, no approval, and no vetting. A token having a professional name, a convincing image, or an active chat says nothing about whether the people behind it intend to keep working on it, or exist at all.

What the contracts do and do not protect against

The liquidity position for each launch is locked permanently and the token supply is fixed with no mint function. That removes two specific failure modes: the creator cannot pull the liquidity, and they cannot print more supply.

It does not stop the price collapsing, it does not stop a creator selling everything they bought, it does not stop coordinated manipulation, and it does not make any token a reasonable thing to own. Removing two ways to lose money is not the same as making something safe.

Graduation means one number was reached

A launch is marked graduated when its pool holds at least 4.2 ETH. It is a threshold and nothing more — not an audit, not an endorsement, not a signal of quality or durability.

Volatility and liquidity

Prices can move by large multiples within minutes. Liquidity can be thin enough that selling a meaningful position moves the price against you substantially. The price you see is not the price you will get.

Transactions are irreversible

There is no support desk that can reverse a trade, recover a mistyped address, or undo a purchase you regret. We hold no keys that could do so even if we wanted to.

Smart contract risk

These contracts are unaudited at the time of writing. They are tested, but testing is not proof. Bugs in this code, in Uniswap, or in your wallet could result in total loss. The same applies to any front-end, including this one.

$STFU specifically

$STFU is not a share, a security, a claim on revenue, or a promise of anything. Protocol revenue is used to buy and burn it, which reduces supply. Reducing supply does not guarantee a price increase, and burns can stop or shrink at any time if there is no revenue.
