DMCA Policy
stfusendit.io respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. ยง 512. If you believe that content made available on or through our platform infringes upon a copyright you own or control, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent at legal@stfusendit.io containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so we can locate it (e.g., the token address and associated image URL).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10โ14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.
Repeat Infringers
Consistent with the DMCA and other applicable law, stfusendit.io has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

stfusendit.io is a decentralized protocol interface that allows users to deploy ERC-20 tokens on the Ethereum network and trade them via an automated bonding curve. By using this platform you acknowledge and agree to the following legal guidelines.

Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of stfusendit.io is legal in your jurisdiction. The platform is not available to residents of the United States or any jurisdiction that prohibits the trading of digital assets. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.
Token Legality
You may not use stfusendit.io to create or trade tokens that:
- Impersonate existing projects, people, or entities without permission.
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Violate OFAC sanctions or applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
- Infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
- Constitute unregistered securities in applicable jurisdictions.
Limitation of Liability
stfusendit.io provides its interface "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, stfusendit.io disclaims all liability for loss of funds, failed transactions, smart contract bugs, or any other damages arising from use of the platform. Smart contracts are immutable and transactions are irreversible โ use at your own risk.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stfusendit.io and related services operated by stfusendit ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
Your Wallet & Keys
stfusendit.io is a non-custodial interface. We never hold your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the platform to engage in market manipulation or wash trading.
- Do not use bots or automated scripts to exploit the bonding curve.
- Do not deploy tokens designed to defraud other users.
- Do not attempt to attack or exploit the smart contracts.
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Platform Fees
stfusendit.io charges a creation fee of 0.002 ETH per token launch. A protocol fee may also be applied on bonding curve trades. These fees are non-refundable and subject to change with notice.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction to be determined by stfusendit.io, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how stfusendit.io collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
- Blockchain data: All on-chain activity (wallet addresses, transactions) is publicly visible on the Ethereum blockchain. We do not store this ourselves but it is publicly available.
- Usage data: We may collect anonymized analytics data (page views, feature usage) via privacy-respecting analytics tools.
- IPFS content: Token images and metadata uploaded during coin creation are stored on IPFS via Pinata. This content is publicly accessible.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not require accounts, email addresses, or personal identification.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not store private keys or wallet credentials.
Cookies
stfusendit.io uses minimal, strictly necessary cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Risk Disclosure
Trading meme coins and newly-launched tokens carries substantial risk. Before using stfusendit.io, please read and understand the following risks:
- Total loss of funds. Meme tokens can go to zero. You may lose 100% of any amount you invest.
- Smart contract risk. Bugs or exploits in smart contracts may result in irreversible loss of funds.
- Liquidity risk. Tokens that have not yet graduated may have limited liquidity. Large sells can move the price significantly.
- Regulatory risk. The regulatory landscape for digital assets is evolving. Your jurisdiction may impose restrictions at any time.
- Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. Always verify transaction details before signing.
- No insurance. Funds held in wallets or smart contracts are not FDIC-insured or protected by any government guarantee.
